Hills Radio 88.9FM
On Thursday, May 14 we were fortunate enough to be invited into the Hills Radio studios for a chat with Geoff Teague. For 2 hours we sat and talked about many an issue concerning Furever Farm. How we came to be, what inspired us, our activism beliefs and industry practices. We talked in-depth about our rescue animals highlighting some and telling their stories. We touched on running a sanctuary and the costs involved, the need for donations and fundraising. Of course, we didn't forget to make mention of companies and people who have, and still do, help us in various ways.
Many people have asked us if we were going to post the session online. Not everyone was able to listen to the interview live and wished to hear it later. Well, here it is! Everyone can now listen to the full interview edited with music and ads removed.
We must thank Geoff and all at Hills Radio Mt Barker for inviting us and giving us the opportunity to chat and tell our story. The promotion of rescue is vitally important and invites like this come around sparingly. We are super appreciative and hope to one day return to the studio to touch on more in the life of Furever Farm.
Darren, Hayley & all the Furever Farm team.
